• 新生入台前注意項 Preparation Before Coming to Taiwan

• 新生 Freshmen

(一)港澳生申辦統一證號

Apply for UI No., eligible for people from mainland China, Hong Kong , Macao, and R.O.C.(Taiwan) nationals without household registration.

(二)新生僑外生居留證申辦，網頁裡面有新生申辦居留證需要的文件，暫時缺件的項目(如港澳生的體檢證明)，請先上傳一個空白的檔案，等同學都入台後，會另外協調時間一起去做港澳生體檢。

在學證明開立單位：註冊課務二組  classkh@g2.usc.edu.tw  ，請在主旨說明：學號-114學年度第1學期已註冊在學證明(需要2-3個工作天)

Apply for ARC for the First Time, please follow the instruction of the page to upload the required documents. If you do not have certain document at hand, please upload a blank word file as the substitution.

Certificate of Enrollment (issued within a month by the Registration and Curriculum Section):  classkh@g2.usc.edu.tw  , Subject：Student ID-114學年度第1學期已註冊在學證明 (the process will take 2-3 working days).

請務必將申請文件送出，有缺件的話，移民署審查後會退件。沒有送出申請件的話，簽證或是入台證過期了，是會罰錢的，若3個月沒有送件，就無法申請居留證了，要出境回本國重新申請簽證或入台證，再入台後才能辦理居留證。

The application is required to be submitted within 15 days after your entry, there will be a penalty if you fail to do so. Do remember to submit your application ASAP, it is fine that the Immigration Agency returns your application for amendments. If you do not submit your application within 3 months after your entry, you will be asked to depart, and you will have to apply for a new visa, then apply for ARC after you come to Taiwan.

• 舊生 Current Students

請各位舊生同學必注意居留證效期，並於到期前一個月內以114學年度第1學期已註冊的在學證明辦理居留證延期，線上辦理延期請點我。

Please pay attention to the validity of your ARC, and make sure to submit your application within 30 days prior to the expiry, Click here to see how to apply for ARC extension.

依據入出國及移民法第74-1條：
外國人逾期停留或居留者，其處罰標準如下：
逾期１０日以下者，處新臺幣1萬元罰鍰。
逾期１１日以上，３０日以下者，處新臺幣2萬元罰鍰。
逾期３１日以上，６０日以下者，處新臺幣3萬元罰鍰。
逾期６１日以上，９０日以下者，處新臺幣4萬元罰鍰。
逾期９１日以上者，處新臺幣5萬元罰鍰。

According to Article 74-1 of the Immigration Act :
Foreigners who overstay or reside in the country will be punished as follows:
Those who overstays for less than 10 days will be fined NTD$10,000.
Those who are overstays for more than 11 days and less than 30 days will be fined NTD$20,000.
Those who are overstays for more than 31 days and less than 60 days will be fined NTD$30,000.
Those who are overstays for more than 61 days and less than 90 days will be fined NTD$40,000.
Those who are overstays for more than 91 days will be fined NTD$50,000.

• 【審核制暨第二階段即時加退選】階段

 學生學習反應評量如未完成填寫，本階段仍可正常選課。
 審核制課程採實體現場加退選(地點：各開課單位辦公室)
9/1(一)：即時加退選階段(09:00-23:59) - 延修生、四及三年級
9/2(二)：即時加退選階段(09:00-23:59) -  二、一年級學生
9/3(三)-9/5(五)：即時加退選階段(09:00-23:59) - 全年級
9/8(一)-9/11(四)：審核制加退選(9:30-11:30、14:30-16:30)+即時加退選階段(09:00-23:59) - 全年級
9/12(五)：審核制加退選(9:30-11:30)+即時加退選階段(09:00-12:00) - 全年級

• 尚未拿到健保卡的同學，如有就醫需求，請參閱僑保(僑生、港澳生)或外國學生醫療險。

工作證申請，工作時間除寒暑假外，每星期最長為二十小時。

本學期申請，請使用114學年度第1學期已註冊的在學證明，可E-mail ：classkh@g2.usc.edu.tw，需要2-3個工作天。

EZ Work Permit, with the exception of the winter and summer vacations, the sum of working hours shall not exceed 20 hours per week.

With Certificate of Enrollment of the 1st Semester of 2025 Academic Year marked as "enrolled", you may acquire this document by sending E-mail to: classkh@g2.usc.edu.tw (the process will take 2-3 working days)

• 有關水電、網路與一般物品報修繕(含洗衣機、烘衣機故障、跳電等)，請至114學年度宿舍修繕表單報修。

For repairs related to water, electricity, internet facilities, and general items (such as washing machines, dryer malfunctions, power outages, etc.), please report them in the dormitory repair application.

• 114學年度宿舍防災演練(所有住宿生務必要參加)

B棟：114年9月24日晚上8點
H棟：114年9月23日晚上8點
MN棟：114年9月25日晚上7點10分
請依據指示進行。

114學年度清寒僑生助學金，申請截止：114年9月26日(星期五)，申請同學於期限內請將填寫完整之申請表與相關證明、印章一顆交到生輔二組。(eligible for Overseas Chinese students)，please hand the completed application form, relevant documents and a signet to the office of Student Life Section before 26 September 2025.

請確認自己的請假狀況，路徑：校務資訊系統-教務資訊模組-教務資訊系統-課程資訊-SC0108出缺勤紀錄查詢，缺曠紀錄以SC0108內的資料為主。

Please check your attendance record in the Administration System after two weeks of taking leave online. The path is Administration System - Academic Affair Module - Academic Affair System - Course Selection - SC0108 Attendance Record. (The attendance records will be based on the information in SC0108 Attendance Record.)
