僑外生申請健保須知(自108學年度起實施)
各位同學大家好：
關於各位寒假返鄉需要於29日內返校的理由，在此做個說明：
因應102年度二代健保實施，自102年1月1日起，新入學之僑生自在台居留滿六個月之日起參加健保，所謂「在台居留滿六個月」，可以有以下兩種狀況：
一、在台連續居住滿六個月，期間未曾離境。
二、在台居住期間僅出境一次且未逾30日，出境天數扣除後，倂計實際居住期間達六個月。
1. The students have lived in Taiwan continuously for six months without leaving the country.
2. During their stay in Taiwan, the students leave the country only once for no longer than 30 days. After deducting the number of days they leave, the actual period of residence in Taiwan could be calculated as six months.
以102學年度入學的大一同學為例，若102年9月14日入台居留
For example, for first-year students who enrolled in the 2013 academic year, if they enter Taiwan and reside after 14 September 2013.

三、健保費用(與註冊費一同繳交)：
外籍生：每月826元。
Health insurance fee for foreign students (paid together with tuition fees): NTD$826 per month.
僑生：每月826元。
僑生(具清寒身分)，每月413元，須將相關清寒證明交到生輔二組辦理，清寒證明須由留臺校友會、前一學程畢業學校、同鄉會、僑居地政府機構或本會指定之保薦單位開立（非個人）。

第一次申辦健保卡的僑外生同學，學校會統一處理申辦作業。
