- 申辦居留證：
(一)港澳生申辦統一證號
(二)新生僑外生居留證申辦
1.網頁裡面有新生申辦居留證需要的文件，暫時缺件的項目(如港澳生的體檢證明)，請先上傳一個空白的檔案，等同學都入台後，會另外協調時間一起去做港澳生體檢。
2.在學證明開立單位：註冊課務二組

請在主旨說明：學號-113學年度第1學期已註冊在學證明
需要2-3個工作天。
請務必將申請文件送出，有缺件的話，移民署審查後會退件。沒有送出申請件的話，簽證或是入台證過期了，是會罰錢的，若3個月沒有送件，就無法申請居留證了，要出境回本國重新申請簽證或入台證，再入台後才能辦理居留證。

(二)請於2024年9月2日(星期一)前填寫完畢。

清寒僑生助學金申請，申請截止：113年9月27日(星期五)，申請同學於期限內請將填寫完整之申請表與相關證明、印章一顆交到生輔二組。

- Apply for ARC for the First Time：
1.Apply for UI No., eligible for people from mainland China, Hong Kong , Macao, and R.O.C.(Taiwan) nationals without household registration.
2.Apply for ARC for the First Time
(1)please follow the instruction of the page to upload the required documents. If you do not have certain document at hand, please upload a blank word file as the substitution.
(2)Certificate of Student Status (issued within a month by the Registration and Curriculum Section)

the process will take 2-3 working days
The application is required to be submitted within 15 days after your entry, there will be a penalty if you fail to do so. Do remember to submit your application ASAP, it is fine that the Immigration Agency returns your application for amendments. If you do not submit your application within 3 months after your entry, you will be asked to depart, and you will have to apply for a new visa, then apply for ARC after you come to Taiwan.

Medical Insurance for Overseas Chinese Students, eligible for Overseas Chinese students who come to Taiwan for the first time and does not have an NHI card.

Medical Insurance for Foreign Students, eligible for foreign students who does not have an NHI card.
