I may find a job in Taiwan after being graduated, I wish the university could help me looking for a job.
Office of Student Affairs:
Thank you for your positive feedback on the employment environment in Taiwan. Taiwanese companies nowadays value talents with diverse competencies, including both hard skills, such as technical and professional abilities, and soft skills, such as personal traits, attitudes, and teamwork. It would increase the possibility to be favored by the employers to possess both types of abilities.
Therefore, the Career Development & Alumni Service Section has organized a series of career training programs in every semester, and promotes them through Line groups, Facebook, and the university website. These includes events such as “the Career Talk Series”, “Resume and Interview Training Workshops”, “Overseas Internship Briefings”, “One-on-One Career Counseling”, and “Professional Certification Seminars”. These events aim to help students understand the diverse skills required in workplace and develop targeted training toward future career needs.
We also held a Career Fair for International Students to provide assistance for the international students who wish to work in Taiwan after graduation by connecting them directly with companies open to hiring international talent. We warmly welcome international students to participate all career-related events organized by the Career Development & Alumni Service Section, make use of these opportunities and seek career counseling whenever needed.
