115學年度第1學期開學日為2026年9月14日(星期一)

The university opening day for the 1st semester of Academic Year 2026-2027 will be Monday 14 Sep. 2026.

暑假出境，並在開學後才要回校的同學，請務必填寫這個表單。

It is necessary to fill this form if you are leaving Taiwan during the summer vacation and will return to the university after 14 Sep. 2026.

暑假期間(2026年6月29日到9月11日)要住宿學校宿舍的同學，請記得在115年8月28日前填寫暑假住宿登記。

If you need to stay in the dormitory during the summer vacation (from 29 June to 11 September 2026), please fill this online application for your summer-vacation stay in the dormitory before 28 Aug. 2026.

在台緊急聯絡人一欄，請留下你在台灣的親友(可以聯絡到你們的親友)的聯絡方式。

If you are staying in Taiwan for summer vacation, please leave the contact info of your friend or relative in Taiwan as your emergency contact.

請同學注意居留證與護照效期，居留證延期請看這裡。
