• 如果115學年度第1學期要申請學費分期，請填寫以下表單，生輔組會於暑假開始前以E-mail寄發空白的分期申請單給有登記的同學，請同學按期限將標示陰影的欄位填寫完畢，給導師、系主任、院長簽名後，統一交到生輔組進行後面的流程。

Please fill this online application if you need to apply for the Instalment for Tuition Fee of the First Semester of Academic Year 2026-2027, the applicants will receive a blank file of application form via E-mail before the summer vacation begins. The application form needs to be printed, and all shadowed boxes being filled in properly, then signed by the class tutor, Head of the Academic Department and the Dean of the Faculty, and hand the application to the Student Life Section before deadline (which will be announced in later Email).

• 待流程完成後，生輔組會將分期後繳費單以E-mail方式寄給同學，請同學務必提供正確的E-mail。

Once the process in completed, applicants will receive installed bill of payment via E-mail, therefore it is required that the applicants provide correct E-mail for online application.

• 如不清楚學費總金額，可先依據前一學期學費總金額填寫表單，實際分期總金額則以校務系統上的金額為主。

Please fill in the amount of the previous semester for online application if you do not know how much the tuition fee of the next semester will be, however, the actual installed amount will be processed according to the amount in the Administration System.

• 自115學年度起會實施本校學雜費分期繳款實施要點，申請流程會有些調整，包括申請表、申請資格、申請檢附文件、申請表交回期限，待實施要點核定後會進行公告，並與新版申請表與說明一併通知同學。

A Guideline of Installment will be implemented since Academic Year 2026-2027, which will bring changes to the application form, applicant qualification, the requirement documents and the deadline for application form, the guideline will be published once it is approved by the university, and you will receive the guideline along with new application form via Email.

• 住宿費不予分期，請於開學後一週內完成住宿費繳交。

The accommodation fee is not included in instalment, please complete the payment for accommodation fee within a week after the university opening day.
