一、課程問題 Courses
Q1: 時尚設計系的學生沒有免費的PS和AI使用，只能到學校電腦使用。(圖資處)
There are no software such as PS or AI available for free for students of the Department of Fashion Styling & Design Communication, the software are only available in the computers on campus. (Office of Library and Information Services)

圖資處的經費是以購買全校共用的軟體為優先，而且是裝置於學校電腦，以目前預算狀況，無法提供免費軟體予學生，建議同學與學系討論延長電腦教室開放時間。

The funding of the Office of Library and Information Services is prioritized to purchase software for use by the entire school, and the software is installed on the school computers. For the current budget situation, it is not possible to provide free software to students. It is recommended that students discuss with the department to extend the opening hours of the computer classroom.

Q2: 上課太多。(動畫學程)
There are too many classes for this programme. (Bachelor Program in Computer Animation)

為強化學生於動畫各領域之專業技術，基礎課程較多，然而動畫之課程皆於總量內開課，為合理課程安排。

The basic course objectives are to help students focus on professional skills in various fields of animation. However, animation courses are all focused courses, which is a reasonable course arrangement.

二、宿舍問題 Dormitory
Q1: B2棟宿舍設置公用微波爐。(學務處)
It is recommended to provide a microwave oven in the public area for the residents in Building B2. (Office of Student Affairs)

謝謝同學的反映，先前的微波爐因住宿生使用不當，所以取消使用。已經於4/22(二)將微波爐放置B2-313門外的置物架，請同學務必遵守使用相關規定，以維護宿舍安全。

Thank you for your feedback. The microwave ovens that were previously installed were removed for safety reason due to careless use.  However, they are reinstalled on the shelf outside B2-313 since 22 April 2025, please follow the instructions while using the microwave oven for the safekeeping of the dormitory.
 

Q2: B2-903、907等等9樓奇數房的外面常有鳥飛來大便。(學務處)
There are often bird droppings seen on the balconies of odd- numbered rooms in Building B2. (Office of Student Affairs)

謝謝同學的反映。B棟學生宿舍於每學期宿舍開放前都會請清潔人員將房間(包含陽台)清潔完畢，開放住宿後需要請同學自行維護。目前B1棟有使用釣魚網掛置進行防範鴿子停置於陽台的狀況，尚待時間確認使用成效。

Thank you for your feedback. The rooms (including the balconies) in Building B are thoroughly cleaned by professional cleaning staff before each semester begins. After the accommodation is opened for residence, it is the students' responsibility to maintain the cleanliness of their rooms. There are currently fishing nets implemented in Building B1 as a preventive measure to deter pigeons from perching on the balconies. The effectiveness of this measure is still being monitored over time.

Q3: 然後電風扇變黑沒辦法打掃的，桌子有凹凸不能專心做作業。然後飲水機有時候都壞掉，這樣非常不方便。(學務處、總務處)
There is dust on the electric fans, which is unable for us to clean. The desktop is uneven, which is a distraction while doing homework. There are malfunctions with the water dispensers, which is inconvenient for the residents. (Office of Student Affairs, and Office of General Affairs)

謝謝同學的反映。B棟學生宿舍的電風扇已超過使用年限，故每學期的整潔比賽並不會列入評分標準，若同學需要使用電扇請自行購置。宿舍設備若有需要修繕請上生輔組網站填寫維修單，總務處會按照填報順序進行維修。

Thank you for your feedback. The electric fans in Building B have exceeded their service life, therefore their conditions are not included in the cleanliness competitions held each semester. The residents who require a fan are advised to purchase one themselves.
If any dormitory facilities need to be repaired, please complete the repairing request form via the Office of Student Affairs website. The Office of General Affairs will carry out repairs by the submitted order of the requests.

1.Please report for repairing of the electric fan or desk, the Office of Student Affairs will pass the repairing request to us (the Office of General Affairs), and we will schedule and repair the reported item.
2.There was a malfunction with the booster bump of the water dispenser, we have replaced the bump, therefore the water dispenser is good to use.

Q4: 浴厠整潔有待加强，發現黴菌。(學務處)
The sanitation of public showers and toilets need to be improved, as there are traces of mold seen in these areas. (Office of Student Affairs)

It is essential for residents of Building B, H and MN to maintain the cleanliness of their own bathroom facilities. Although there are cleaning staff assigned to assist with maintenance; the residents of Building B are still expected to keep the facilities clean during daily use. 1.你所說的很多人抽菸的問題，教官室與衛保組已在113年12月12日針對在校園違規吸菸的同學，舉辦菸害防制宣導，本學期也持續針對違規學生實施糾舉與舉辦菸害防制教育課程。
2.持續運用禁菸宣導海報加強校園禁菸之宣導，並請軍訓室加強校園樓層之巡查，以杜絕宿舍校園內吸菸之不當行為。

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention:
1.Regarding the problem you mentioned about too many people smoking, the Military Education Office and the Health and Safety Office held a tobacco control awareness campaign on 12 December 2024 to address smoking violations on campus. We are continuing to issue penalties to students who violate the rules and are organising further tobacco control education sessions this semester.
2.We are also continuing to promote a smoke-free campus through the use of no-smoking posters, and have asked the Military Education Office to step up inspections of each campus building and dormitory floors to eliminate inappropriate smoking behaviours within the campus.

四、校園生活 Campus Life
1.學餐吃膩了，想要吃新的種類餐點，或是7-11的食物種類可以增加。(總務處)
It is recommended to provide more meal of choices in the restaurant on campus, or there can be more food of choices in 7-11. (Office of General Affairs)

本校區目前早餐有K棟一樓美而美、寒軒與B1棟easy coffee、7-11等4間，午晚餐有K棟一樓美而美、寒軒、B1棟easy coffee、吳家自助餐廳與7-11、B2棟2樓點餐區（高雄小吃部、大坑咖啡、八方園、芹商姐燒烤快餐）等9間，從早餐、正餐到各種小吃，乃至於水果、飲料應有盡有，超過200多種各式餐飲可供全校師生選擇；除各餐廳會依季節或不定期推出新產品以讓同學嚐鮮，7-11更時常做新產品的推出及季節產品的促銷活動，歡迎全校師生多多選購。

Currently, there are four options for breakfast available on our campus: 美而美 and 寒軒 on the first floor of Building K, as well as Easy Coffee and 7-11 in Building B1. And there are also nine options for lunch and dinner: 美而美 and 寒軒 on the first floor of Building K, Easy Coffee, 吳家自助餐 and 7-11 in Building B1, and 高雄小吃部、大坑咖啡、八方園、芹商姐燒烤快餐 on the second floor of Building B2. These options include from three daily meals to various snacks, fruits, and beverages with over 200 different food and drink of choices available for faculty and students. New products or items are launched on seasonal basis, moreover, new items and seasonal promotions are also introduced by 7-11. It is encouraged for all faculty and students to enjoy these choices.

資設系J205教室電腦將於今年暑假汰舊更新。

The department will plan to renew the computers in J205 lecture room during this summer vacation.

學務處：
學校到旗山的接駁車除了免付費的11班次，另外還有付費班次可以搭乘，總計至少有每天28趟次，同學可以善加利用。另外還有往返台南高鐵、台南火車站，以及旗山轉運站轉乘至左營高鐵站，提供到外縣市的交通選擇。

In addition to the 11 free shuttle services between the school and Cishan, there are also paid services available. There are at least 28 trips in total each day, which students are encouraged to make good use of. Furthermore, there are transport options available to and from Tainan High-Speed Rail Station, Tainan Railway Station, and from Cishan Bus Station to Zuoying High-Speed Rail Station are available, providing convenient access to other counties and cities.

Q2.想建議暑假可以增多行李擺放的件數嗎？(學務處)
It is recommended to increase the numbers of items that is going to be placed within the campus during the summer vacation. (Office of Student Affairs)

因目前規劃給境外生在暑假放置行李的地點空間有限，僅限每人2箱物品放置，箱子並無指定尺寸。床墊可另外裝箱或打包(須做好防水)後置於指定地點放置，並於開學後一週內取回。

It is due to the limit storage available for international students to store their luggage during the summer vacation, therefore each student can have 2 items placed on campus during the summer vacation, the size of these 2 items are not specified. The bedding, which is not included in the aforementioned 2 items, must be water-proof packed before being placed to specified location. All stored items must be retrieved within a week after the opening day of new semester.

Q3.在寫著「禁止吸菸」的地方，仍然有人不停地吸菸。我希望對菸品的管制能更加嚴格，也希望能加重對吸菸行為的處罰。(學務處)
There are still people smoking near the sign of “Smoking is forbidden”, I hope the restriction with the tobacco products and the punishment for the violators can be cumulated. (Office of Student Affairs)

學校已於114年4月24日學生事務會議通過，將校園內違規吸菸(含電子菸及指定菸品)者處分提高至小過。

On April 24, 2025, the Student Affairs Committee approved an amendment to increase the penalty for smoking violations on campus (including e-cigarettes and designated tobacco products) to a minor demerit.
