• Please fill the Survey for Your Plan during Winter Vacation. If you need to stay in the dormitory during the winter vacation, please fill the Application for Staying in the Dormitory during Winter Vacation (you may need translation app for this page), and make sure to complete the application process and payment before the winter vacation starts.

居留證：113學年度入學的同學，如果你已經拿到居留證，請持居留證到註冊課務二組進行證件掃描並上傳到學生資料庫，因為這些資料也須要上傳到教育部的僑生/外國學生資料庫。

For first year students of 2024 academic year: Please take your ARC to the Registration and Curriculum Section as soon as you receive yours, the staff will help to upload the image or scanned file of your ARC to the student database of the university, as this is also required to be uploaded to the Overseas Chinese/Foreign Student Database of MOE.
