The tuition fee and the accommodation fee are paid once every semester, and the deposit is paid once every academic year.
You need to pay the deposit within a week after moving in the accommodation, and the deposit will be refunded when you live for a year (winter and summer vacation are excluded) and return both the key and access card to the Accommodation Office as you clean out your space in the dormitory.
