全體住宿同學您好

下列為近期同學常遇到的住宿問題，再次提醒同學，並檢附”宿舍生活公約”請大家查閱，以了解自己的權利與義務。

1. 有關水電、網路與一般物品報修繕(含洗衣機、烘衣機故障、跳電等)，請至生輔組網頁，宿舍修繕登記網頁登記。
2. Ｂ棟、Ｈ棟宿舍洗衣機、烘衣機、脫水機卡幣，白天8:00至17:00請至事務二組退幣，17:00以後請至舍監室退幣。
3. 舍監室提供推車、鑰匙及一般物品借用，但須填表登記並出示學生證及其他可證明之證件，始可借用。
4. 若有事不能回宿舍須於宿舍管理室填寫臨時假單（不扣操行成績）

Dormitory Related Issues

The following are common accommodation issues that students have encountered recently.  So they are kindly reminded hereby: Please find the Attached file of a copy of the "Dormitory Living Conventions" for your review, do take some time to read through it in order to understanding of your rights and responsibilities while living in the dormitory.

1. For repairs related to water, electricity, internet facilities, and general items (such as washing machines, dryer malfunctions, power outages, etc.), please report them via the dormitory repair registration page at the Student Life Section website.

2. For stuck coins in the washing machines, drying machines, or dehydrators in the dormitories of Building B and Building H, please get the coins returned from 8:00 to 17:00 during the day to the General Services Section. Please return the coins to the Accommodation Office if you have your coin stuck after 17:00.

3. The Accommodation Office provides carts, keys, and general items for borrowing, which requires filling out a registration form and present a student ID or other verifiable documents before borrowing.

4. If you cannot make the attendance of the dormitory on time, you must fill out a temporary leave form in the Accommodation Office (No performance score will be deducted in this way).
