The person responsible for managing the communal refrigerator in Building H disposed the belongings of other students’ without checking carefully whether these items belonged to someone else.

關於本次冰箱清理不當的問題，造成同學的困擾與不便，管理單位深感抱歉。
由於本學期負責管理冰箱的人員為首次承接此項業務，在流程確認上確實有未盡妥善之處。針對此情況，我們已進行內部檢討，並安排於未來幾週加強人員教育訓練與作業追蹤，確保後續落實清點與確認機制，避免類似狀況再次發生。

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and distress caused by the improper handling of the communal refrigerator cleaning process.
As the personnel responsible for managing the refrigerator this semester was undertaking this task for the first time, certain aspects of the procedures were not properly verified. We have reviewed the matter internally and will provide additional staff training and monitor the implementation of the procedures over the coming weeks. We will also ensure that proper inventory checks and verification procedures are carried out to prevent similar incidents from happening again.

Are there any restrictions on the use of air conditioning in the communal area (H Wow) of Building H?

感謝您的詢問。為響應國家節能減碳政策，H 窩公共空間之冷氣目前設有管制，開放時間如下：
夏令期間： 每日 10:00 至 22:00 開放冷氣。
冬令期間： 配合季節氣溫變化，暫不開放冷氣。
若有其他特殊使用需求，歡迎洽總務處環安暨事務二組(C203A辦公室)詢問。良好的公共空間需要大家共同維護，請同學於開放時段內配合愛惜使用，並隨手維持場地整潔。感謝您的理解與配合。

In line with the national energy conservation and carbon reduction policy, the use of air conditioning in the communal areas (H Wow) of Building H is currently regulated. The operating hours are as follows:
Summer Period: Air conditioning is available daily from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Winter Period: Air conditioning is temporarily unavailable, depending on seasonal temperature changes.
Should you have any special requirements regarding the use of the facilities, please contact the EHS and General Affairs Section 2 (office C203A) for further enquiries. It requires everyone's cooperation to maintain a pleasant communal space. Students are kindly requested to use the facilities responsibly during the designated hours and to keep the area clean and tidy.

感謝您的反映。關於 H 棟隔音問題，目前宿舍房間內皆是採用輕隔間設計，且內部均有填充隔音棉以降低音量傳播。由於學校地處山區，環境本就較為清幽，尤其在夜間時段周遭非常安靜，聲音容易產生明顯的迴音與放大效應。
為了維護全體住宿同學的睡眠與生活品質，總務處特別建議並呼籲大家，在夜間時段能共同降低說話、播放音樂或使用電腦等音量。未來若有設備修繕或更新規劃，我們也會持續將隔音需求納入考量。感謝大家的配合，共同營造舒適的住宿環境。

Regarding the sound insulation in Building H, the walls of all accommodation rooms are constructed using lightweight partitioning systems, with sound-insulating materials installed inside to help reduce noise transmission. As the University is located in a mountainous area, the surrounding environment is naturally quiet. Particularly at night, when ambient noise levels are very low, sounds may produce noticeable echoes and seem louder than they actually are.
To maintain the quality of sleep and living environment of all residents, the Office of General Affairs would like to remind everyone to keep noise levels to a minimum during the night, particularly when talking, playing music or using computers.
Should any repairs or facility upgrades be planned in the future, we will continue to take sound insulation requirements into consideration.

三、校園生活 / Campus Life

• 學生專車覆蓋的時間不夠齊全，且有時會遲到很多甚至沒出現。如果班次有變動應該通知讓學生們知道。(學務處)

The campus shuttle bus service does not provide sufficiently comprehensive coverage, and buses can be delayed sometimes or even fail to show up. Students should be notified of any changes to the bus timetable.

有關同學反映「學生專車時間涵蓋率、班次延誤或未出現，以及變動通知機制」，學務處說明如下：
(一)班次規劃與持續評估 現行專車時刻表主要是根據同學上下課的尖峰時間，並配合客運公司的車輛與司機調度來安排。學務處會持續觀察各時段的搭乘人數，並定期跟客運公司討論，作為未來調整班次時的參考。
(二)時刻表資訊同步與通知機制

1.學校網頁公告及專車時刻表均載明最新更新日期，供同學核對手上留存之時刻表是否為115年9月1日公告的最新版本。

2.凡專車時刻表有任何更新或班次調整，本組皆會於專車官方 LINE 社群(可掃下方QRcode加入)發布通知，確保同學掌握搭乘資訊。(備註：9/14開學)

(三) 行車時間說明與即時動態查詢

1.時刻表所列各站到站時間為預估參考值，實際行車時間易受路況（如紅綠燈、塞車、雨天等）影響而有所延誤。
2.現階段客運公司駕駛人力吃緊，且駕駛勤務須嚴格符合勞基法工時規定，車輛調度上約有 15～20 分鐘之彈性緩衝時間。
3.建議同學可多加利用「高雄iBus+ 高雄市政府交通局」APP(如下圖)，隨時掌握專車與公車之實時位置，並提前至候車點等候。

(四)多元交通替代方案 為便利同學多元選擇並節省等候時間，學務處已於專車社群底下建立【共乘叫車】等平台服務，方便同學自由配對、分攤車資，歡迎有需要的同學善加利用。

In response to students’ concerns regarding the coverage of student shuttle bus operating hours, service delays or missed arrivals, and notification procedures for schedule changes, the Office of Student Affairs provides the following explanation:

I. Shuttle Bus Scheduling and Ongoing Evaluation

The current shuttle bus timetable is primarily arranged based on peak periods when students travel to and from classes, while taking into account the availability of vehicles and drivers provided by the bus operator. The Office of Student Affairs will continue to monitor passenger numbers at different times and hold regular discussions with the bus operator. These observations and discussions will serve as a reference for future adjustments to the shuttle bus schedule.

II. Timetable Updates and Notification Procedures

1. The latest update date is displayed on both the school’s website announcements and the shuttle bus timetable, allowing students to verify whether the copies they have retained are up to date.
2. Whenever the shuttle bus timetable is updated or service schedules are adjusted, our office will post notifications in the official shuttle bus LINE community to ensure that students have access to the latest service information. ( Note: The fall semester begins on September 14.)

III. Travel Time Information and Real-Time Bus Tracking

1. The arrival times listed for each stop on the timetable are estimates for reference only. Actual travel times may vary due to road and traffic conditions, such as traffic signals, congestion, and rainy weather, which may result in delays.
2. Due to the current shortage of bus drivers, and the requirement for drivers’ working hours to comply with the Labor Standards Act, the bus operator allows a scheduling buffer of approximately 15–20 minutes to accommodate vehicle dispatching and operational needs.
3. Students are encouraged to use Kaohsiung iBus+ app (Transportation Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government) to check the real-time locations of shuttle buses and public buses and to arrive at their designated stops in advance.

IV. Alternative Transportation Options

To provide students with more transportation options and help reduce waiting times, the Office of Student Affairs has established services such as a carpooling and ride-sharing platform within the shuttle bus community. This allows students to find travel partners and share transportation costs. Students who need alternative transportation are welcome to make use of these services.
