外國學生新生以及未符合加保資格的僑生同學，保險費用是每個月500元。

For first-year foreign students, or overseas students who have not yet been qualified to join the Health Insurance. The fee is 500NTD per month.

需要文件：

1.申請書(如附檔) Application Form (as the attached file at the bottom of this webpage)

2.當學期在學證明或學生證影本加蓋註冊章 Certificate of Student Status

3.就醫診斷證明(就醫時要告知醫師：需要診斷證明申請醫療保險用的。診所會收100-250元不等的費用)

Certificate of Diagnosis (you have to tell the doctors that you need this document to apply for the insurance. This document will cost extra 100-250NTD.)

4.就醫收據 invoice of the clinic or hospital

5.護照影本與居留證影本 a photocopy of valid passport and ARC

6.申請人帳戶影本 a photocopy of your bank account info
